I am a librarian turned photographer who empowers women to celebrate themselves through classy, vibrant, and artistic imagery. Based in Birmingham, AL, I love making memories on location using authentic settings and natural light. Over the last decade, I have captured life’s most precious moments for some beautiful and amazing people. From celebration sessions, to weddings, to family portraits, photography allows me to commemorate cherished moments and celebrate the gift of life. It’s about the experience.
I am a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and love photographing my sorority sisters as well as members of the Divine 9.

By the grace of God, I am what I am.
I am happily married to Altucker (yes, that is one word). I have called him by his whole name since the day we met.
I love pasta. Spaghetti and lasagna are my favorites unless you are serving tacos or pizza.
I am nothing without my morning cup of coffee. Next to coffee, I love brewed teas mixed with lemonade.
As I get older, I find that I am more like my mother. I have inherited her love for fun, flirty and colorful jewelry.
Cooking is my thing and baking is my comfort. I love dancing in my kitchen.
Scrapbooking is one of the reasons why I began my photography journey. I needed quality portraits to cut and glue to scrapbook paper.
I love a hot and steamy historical romance. On average, this librarian listens to about three novels a week. No time for reading.
At age 50, I got braces and decided to change my hair. It’s never too late to straighten your teeth and try something new.
